Email info@naughtypets.co.uk for product questions, order support, cancellation, returns, refunds, delivery issues or privacy requests. You can also send our team a message. For an existing order, include your order reference but never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Hotels and nominations
Visit Naughty Pets for hotels to enquire about a partnership, or nominate a dog-friendly hotel for our free 12-pack thank-you programme.
Postal correspondence and returns
You can write to our registered address above. Before posting a return, contact us for the correct returns address; the registered office is not automatically a returns warehouse. This does not restrict your statutory right to notify us of cancellation.
VAT and launch arrangements
Our source contact policy does not publish a VAT number. VAT registration status and any applicable VAT number must be confirmed before checkout opens. Product prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Products are currently coming soon and no payment is taken through checkout.
