These terms apply to the Naughty Pets groomer programme, run by Shuman Bah International Ltd, trading as Naughty Pets. They sit alongside our Terms of service and Privacy policy.
1. Nominating a groomer
You can nominate a UK dog groomer you have used. Only share business contact details you already have, such as details published by the salon or given to you for bookings. We use them only to contact the salon once about the programme. We never add them to a marketing list, and the salon can opt out at any time.
If the salon joins and is approved, and has placed its first order or we confirm it has joined, we send you a free 12-pack of your chosen sachets with free delivery. You can receive one free pack per salon and no more than three free packs in total across our groomer and hotel nominations. Self-nominations, nominating your own salon or one you work for, and duplicate or misleading nominations are not eligible.
2. Client discount
Customers who use a partner groomer's QR code or link receive the advertised discount (currently 15%) on sachet products. It applies to their first order and cannot be combined with other offers, Subscribe & Save pricing or welcome codes. The saved discount lasts 30 days on the device used. Each groomer also has a fallback code.
3. Commission is credit, not cash
Partner groomers earn commission (currently 5%) on qualifying orders placed through their QR code or link. It is calculated on the order value after discounts, excluding VAT and delivery. Commission is held as pending for the returns window (currently 14 days), then becomes available as Naughty Pets credit.
Credit can only be spent on Naughty Pets products, including trade orders. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred. Groomers do not earn commission on their own orders. We may reverse commission for refunded or cancelled orders, or for abuse, fraud or breach of these terms. Unused credit may be withdrawn if the programme or a partnership ends, with reasonable notice where we can give it.
4. Trade products
5L jerry cans are for approved professional groomers only, at trade prices and minimum order quantities shown in the groomer account. They are business purchases and are not covered by consumer cancellation rights. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
5. Data
We record QR scans by date, groomer and device type only. We do not record personal data for scans. Nomination details are used only to run the programme and contact the salon about it.
6. Changes
We may change or end the programme. Changes do not affect rewards or credit already available. Questions? Email info@naughtypets.co.uk.
