These terms apply to the Naughty Pets customer referral programme, run by Shuman Bah International Ltd, trading as Naughty Pets. They sit alongside our Terms of service and Privacy policy. Checkout is currently closed; referral discounts and credit will apply when ordering opens.
1. Your invite link
Every customer with a confirmed email address receives a unique personal invite link, shown in your account. Links are generated randomly and cannot be guessed from your name or email. Your link is for sharing with people you know; please do not post it as spam, misrepresent it as an official Naughty Pets promotion, or use paid advertising to promote it.
2. What your friends get
Someone who joins through your link receives 15% off their first order. The discount is applied from the link or code and cannot be combined with other offers, Subscribe & Save pricing, welcome wheel codes or hotel and groomer discounts. The saved referral lasts 30 days on the device used.
3. What you earn
You earn 5% credit on every qualifying order a friend places - their first order, repeat orders and renewals - for as long as their account stays linked to you. Credit is calculated on the order value after discounts, excluding delivery. Commission is held as clearing for the returns window (currently 14 days), then becomes spendable Naughty Pets credit.
4. Spending your credit
Credit can only be spent on Naughty Pets products. In the basket you choose whether to use your available credit on that order or save it - a clear option shows your balance before payment. Credit cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. You do not earn credit on your own orders.
5. Refunds and reversals
If a friend's order is cancelled or refunded, the related credit is reversed - automatically while it is still clearing, or deducted from your balance if it had already become spendable. A refund never pays out the face value of a discount or credit.
6. Fair use
Self-referrals do not count: you cannot refer yourself, another account you control, or an account sharing your email or delivery address. Each person can only ever be linked to one referrer - the first link they joined through. If someone deletes their account and signs up again, they cannot be claimed by a different link. We may pause a link, withhold or reverse credit, or close accounts where we reasonably believe the programme is being abused, without affecting your statutory rights.
7. Data
To run the programme we record which link a new customer joined through and keep a non-identifying record of that connection, which remains even if an account is later deleted or anonymised - this is what prevents repeat claims. We never share your friends' personal details with you: your account shows order activity and amounts only, never names or email addresses. See the Privacy policy for your rights.
8. Changes
We may change or end the programme with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect credit already spendable. Unused credit may be withdrawn if the programme ends, with reasonable notice where we can give it. Questions? Email info@naughtypets.co.uk.
